Therapy Careis a leading NDIS-registered multidisciplinary provider in Western Sydney.
With modern clinics in both Blacktown and Penrith, we help NDIS participants reach their goals through collaborative allied health services.
This role offers a rich, diverse, and deeply rewarding caseload spanningboth paediatric and adult clients.
You will support participants with a variety of needs, including highly complex physical, neurological, and developmental disabilities.
Because our caseload involves high complexity, we are looking for a clinician who already has a solid foundation in disability care and feels confident navigating complex clinical presentations.
The role:
Delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions across a mixed lifespan caseload- pediatrics to adults.
Managing complex disability cases, including assistive technology (AT) prescriptions and equipment requests.




Collaborating alongside our multidisciplinary team of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Support Coordinators, Disability Support Workers and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Completing documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
AHPRA registration
Proven experience and deep knowledge within the disability is essential for the role, with the clinical reasoning required for complex cases.
Ability to be versatile to work with both kids and adults.
Current paid WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and
For Contractors only: ABN and Qualified Indemnity Insurance.
