This hands-on leadership role requires trade qualification, robust CNC programming, setting and operating experience, and a commitment to safety, quality and productivity.
Reporting to the Machine Shop Supervisor, you will mentor machinists, program and run CNC mills and lathes on Fanuc, Okuma and Haas controls, review drawings, and drive continuous improvement.
