Urban Property Group is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to own project-level financial performance, cash flow and reporting across development and construction activities in NSW. You will work with finance, project teams, banks and financiers to manage cash flow, WIP and revenue recognition.
The role requires CA/CPA qualifications or nearing completion, a relevant degree, and 3–5 years in management or project accounting, preferably in property or construction.
