We are seeking an experienced senior medical receptionist to join our team at Medicross Jimboomba on a casual basis.
Immediate Start.
Your daily tasks will include (but are not limited to)
Answering phone calls and booking appointments
Patient billing
Scanning information onto the system
Updating medical records and patient information
Supporting practice manager and doctors whilst working as part of a team.
Skills & Attributes
Must have initiative and the ability to manage the surgery in the absence of the Practice Manager.
Proficient Computer skills- Knowledge of Best Practice an advantage
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Qualified & personable telephone manner
Multi-tasking, initiative and problem-solving skills
A sense of urgency, compassion, and professionalism
Must be available to work Monday – Friday between 8 am – 5 pm as well as on weekends.
