Duties
Manage complex family law matters from inception through to resolution
Draft court documents, correspondence and legal advice
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations and negotiations
Manage files independently while working collaboratively with the wider team
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years PAE in family law
Robust advocacy, drafting and legal writing skills
Proven ability to manage files autonomously
Excellent communication and client management skills
