M & S Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd has been trading as Kazi's Super Market since 2010. Kazi's Super Market is a supermarket of Asian products, groceries, halal meats and other premium daily needs. The supermarket sells most of the grocery items usually for Asian communities. The market has a diverse range of products and pantry essentials.
The Role
We are looking for a full-time marketing specialist who has marketing experience with groceries and supermarket items. The applicant must have knowledge about asian groceries, halal food and asian cultural celebrations.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote Kazi's products and Kazi Super Market across digital and traditional platforms.
Managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and responding to customer inquiries.
Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Optimising and maintaining the company website for SEO and usability.
Planning and executing email marketing campaigns and customer loyalty initiatives.
Monitoring and analysing marketing performance, providing reports and recommendations.
Collaborating with external partners and agencies to enhance marketing efforts.
Assisting in designing promotional materials and advertisements.
Attending different cultural events and presenting Kazi's products and Kazi Super Market.
About You
We are looking for a passionate and creative marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic setting. You will ideally have:
Previous experience as a marketing specialist, preferably in a supermarket.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging marketing content.
Multilingual candidates will get priority
