About the Role
As our Air Conditioning Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the HVAC Service Department while ensuring exceptional service delivery, safety, compliance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of HVAC technicians and apprentices.
Schedule preventative maintenance, breakdowns and project works.
Oversee service delivery across commercial, education, government and industrial clients.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Australian Standards and company procedures.
Provide technical support and mentoring to field technicians.
Prepare quotations, maintenance proposals and service reports.
Monitor KPIs, productivity and service performance.
Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for additional works.
Coordinate subcontractors where required.
Ensure accurate job costing, invoicing and completion through AroFlo or similar management software.
Participate in recruitment, onboarding and staff development.




Current NSW Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Licence/Qualified Supervisor Certificate (or equivalent relevant licence).
Current Australian Driver Licence.
Demonstrated experience managing HVAC service teams.
Strong fault-finding and technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and job management software.
Highly Regarded
Electrical Licence (Restricted or Unrestricted).
Experience using AroFlo.
Experience managing Department of Education, Government or Commercial maintenance contracts.
First Aid Certificate.
Working at Heights.
EWP Licence.
White Card.
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC).
