About You
Are you a passionate Critical Care Nurse looking for a dynamic leadership role outside the hospital system.Intensive Care at Home (ICAH)is seeking a clinical service Manager to manage our current client and staff base in Brisbane and expand our presence in Brisbane and Queensland.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical hands on expertise with strategic networking and business growth.
About the Role:
As our clinical service Manager, you will:
Manage our existing staff and client base in Brisbane
Grow and developIntensive Care at Home'sclient and staff base in Brisbane and Queensland.
Leverage your networking skills to build strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
Tap intoIntensive Care at Home'sexisting network to drive business growth.
Understand (or be willing to learn) the critical link between adult & paediatric intensive care and community-based care.
Develop a deep understanding of our clients, their families, and their unique needs to ensure exceptional service.
Engage with key stakeholders and expand our partnerships.
Navigate and stay informed about the NDIS, DVA,
and NIISQ funding processes.
Lead and build high-performing teams that deliver exceptional care.
Demonstrate a proven sales track record and the ability to convert leads into clients.
Ideally, have an established network in Critical Care, Intensive Care, or NDX support coordination.
What We Are Looking For:
A positive, "can-do" attitude with a determination to overcome challenges.
A strong leader who can inspire and engage teams and clients.
A self-starter who can work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in adult or paediatric critical care nursing, plus a postgraduate critical care qualification.
A passion for taking critical care nursing into the community.
Experience in community nursing is highly desirable.
Senior-level critical care experience is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to generate and convert leads into long-term clients.
A confident communicator who can represent Intensive Care at Home in Brisbane and Queensland.
