About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the face of KPay — helping local businesses discover smarter payment solutions.

This is a field-based B2B sales role where you will:
Meet and build relationships with local business owners through face-to-face conversations
Introduce KPay’s digital payment solutions and identify merchant needs
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
Grow your skills in B2B sales, SaaS, and fintech

You’ll have the freedom to manage your own schedule and take ownership of your success. We value people who are self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve results.

Who We're Looking For
Recent graduates or have 0–2 years of experience
Ambitious, resilient, and eager to grow
Confident communicators who enjoy meeting current people
Comfortable working independently in a field-based workplace
