Key Responsibilities
Develop and implementdigital marketing campaignsacross multiple onlineplatforms.
Manage the companywebsite and optimisecontent for SEO.
Create and publishdigital content, includingproperty listings, socialmedia posts, videos, newsletters and promotionalmaterials.
Managesocial media channels, including WeChat, RedNote(Xiaohongshu), Facebook, Instagram and etc.
Coordinate online advertisingcampaigns and monitorperformance using analyticstools.
Work with the sales and propertymanagement teams topromote propertylistings and companyservices.
Conduct market researchand prepare marketingperformance reports.




About You
At least oneyear plus of relevantexperience in digitalmarketing or marketingcoordination.
Experience with socialmedia marketing, SEO, Google Ads orMeta Ads, and digital Contentcreation. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) for graphic design and marketing material production, with solid photography, videography and video editing capabilities.
Strong communication, organisationaland project coordinationskills.
Proficiency with digitalmarketing platforms, CMSand analytics tools.
Demonstrated proficiency in real estate CRM systems.
Fluent in Englishand Chinese (Mandarinand Cantonese), as the rolerequires preparing bilingualmarketing content andcommunicating with ourEnglish- and Chinese-speaking clients and sales team intheChatswood market.
