We're looking for a passionate, reliable, and experienced Full time Café Manager / Barista All‐Rounder to join our friendly team.
About the Role:
Manage the daily operations of the café
Prepare high‐quality coffee and beverages
Deliver outstanding customer service
Lead and support the café team
Handle opening and closing procedures
Manage stock, ordering, and inventory
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Assist with all aspects of café operations when needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous café management experience preferred
Strong barista skills and coffee knowledge
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Friendly, energetic, and customer‐focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
Reliable and available to work weekends
