Carrington Centennial Care is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our allied health team in a full time role based in NSW. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and implement evidence-based physiotherapy programs to improve mobility and independence for older adults.
You will work across onsite and community settings, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, falls prevention, and reablement.
