HealthX is recruiting experienced Clinical Nurses, ED Nurses, Midwives, OT and PACU and Mental Health nurses for high-paying short-term contracts across Queensland.
These opportunities span multiple Hospital and Health Services (HHS), offering flexibility, strong support, and the opportunity to build experience across a wide range of clinical settings throughout regional and rural Queensland.

About the Role
You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care within your specialty area across various Queensland hospitals and multipurpose services (MPS).
These positions offer the opportunity to work in dynamic clinical environments while supporting local teams and maintaining safe clinical standards.
Locations - Queensland Regions
Darling Downs HHS(Toowoomba, Warwick, Dalby, Kingaroy, Chinchilla, Tara)
South West HHS(Stanthorpe, Goondiwindi and surrounding facilities)
Central West HHS(Longreach, Barcaldine, Blackall and regional facilities)
Wide Bay HHS(Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, rural sites including Wondai)
South Burnett Region(Kingaroy, Murgon, Wondai)
Rural and Multipurpose Services (MPS)across Queensland
Additional rural and remote placements may also be available depending on demand.
Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Midwife
Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in your specialty area (Acute, ED, PACU, Midwifery or Mental Health)
Ability to adapt confidently to new clinical environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
