Civitas Group is seeking a Residential Support Supervisor for our Caloundra House facility on the Sunshine Coast. The role is casual with shifts that vary through the week and predominantly involves sleepover shifts to support residents with varying needs.
You will be responsible for delivering essential care, welfare checks, meal preparation, medication administration, and explicit documentation to ensure smooth handovers and a secure, hygienic living setting for 20–30 residents.
