The Gold Coast’s highest rates for lash-extension artists

The Lash Spa is looking for an experienced Lash & Brow Artist to join our Varsity Lakes team.

Earn $42–$54 per hour, with an established salon clientele and a private treatment suite. Our reception team handles bookings, messages, confirmations and cancellations, leaving you free to focus on lash artistry and client care.

When your shift finishes, work stays at work. You will not be expected to manage salon bookings or client messages in your personal time.

This role offers approximately 8–38 hours per week. Final days and hours will depend on salon needs and your availability.

Who this role suits

You may be working from a home salon, at another salon, returning to lash artistry after time in another field, moving to the Gold Coast from interstate or New Zealand, or simply exploring your options. You do not need to be actively job hunting to get in touch.

This is not an entry-level role. Applicants must already have professional lash-extension experience and be confident producing safe, consistent work. We can help an experienced artist refine technique and improve timing, but the role is not suitable for beginners.

Experience with brow services,



lash lifts and tints is desirable. These skills may also be developed with support.

This is an exclusive salon role. Team members cannot operate a competing lash business or service private lash clients while employed. We explain the details clearly in the employment agreement before you begin.
