You will partner with leaders to drive psychosocial wellbeing, occupational health, injury management and workers compensation programs, building capability and reducing risk.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational support to achieve sustainable wellbeing outcomes, governance, and proactive risk management across the business.
