We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team, supporting a portfolio of Australian healthcare brands.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands while managing internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
We're a flexible employer. While this is a hybrid role, you'll primarily work remotely, with occasional in-person planning sessions or team meetings (typically once every couple of months) at our Sydney based office.
This role is available as either:
Part-time employee (approximately ***** hours per week), or

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll oversee the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing activities across several healthcare businesses.
You'll be responsible for coordinating projects, managing timelines, supporting multiple team members and external agencies, and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple brands.
Manage digital campaigns across Meta and other digital channels.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable reporting and recommendations.
Oversee website updates, SEO initiatives and conversion optimisation.
Manage marketing technology platforms including CRM, email marketing and analytics tools.
Coordinate internal team members and external agencies.
Plan and prioritise multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
Ensure marketing activities align with relevant healthcare industry regulations, compliance and internal brand standards.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, automation and reporting.
Manage budgets and evaluate campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
About You
You'll be a highly organised marketing skilled who enjoys taking ownership and keeping multiple projects moving.
You'll bring:
6+ years' experience in digital marketing.
A positive, collborative attitude!
Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Previous experience leading or mentoring marketing team members or managing external agencies.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and pivot quickly when required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, WordPress and CRM systems.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
Highly Regarded
Experience working within the Australian healthcare, medical or allied health sector.
Understanding of healthcare advertising and regulatory requirements.
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel and Podium.
Experience managing website development projects and digital agencies.
Knowledge of SEO and website performance optimisation.

Salary range from $90k - $120k based on previous relevant experience.
