BUSINESS UNIT OVERVIEW
iCAUR, created by Chery is a is an accessible premium BEV & REEV SUV brand which
launched globally at the Shanghai Auto Show in April ****.
iCAUR is designed for drivers who want design, technology, and a premium ownership
experience with the ability to accessories and make it their own.
With a Q****** Australian and New Zealand market launch, the brand occupies a genuine
white space — above the volume Chinese entrants, below the traditional luxury set —
anchored by the "Born to Play" brand spirit and powered by REEV technology that removes
the last barrier to going electric.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Brand & Content specialist will be responsible for bringing the iCAUR brand to life across
owned and earned channels in the lead-up to launch.
This is an prospect to shape a brand's content and social identity from day one —
building the content engine, social presence and partnership program that will introduce
iCAUR to Australian audiences.
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, the role balances hands‐on creative delivery
with responsibility for protecting brand consistency across every channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as guardian of the iCAUR brand, ensuring output across every touchpoint stays true to brand platform, tone of voice, visual identity and brand standards
Own deep product knowledge across the iCAUR range, translating features and technology (including REEV) into compelling consumer benefits and brand‐aligned stories
Build and maintain product narratives and positioning for each model, orchestrating a coherent portfolio story across the range, in close collaboration with the Performance, PR and Retail leads
Lead execution of brand campaigns and content, briefing and overseeing the creative agency to ensure output is on‐brand and on‐message
Build and manage the content calendar spanning social, website, EDM and retail collateral,
from concept to publish
Run always‐on social channels — planning, scheduling, community management and audience growth
Source and manage partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations that connect iCAUR with relevant lifestyle and cultural moments
Assist the National Marketing Manager with campaign planning, brand toolkit development and content strategy for launch
Track content and social performance and refine approach based on engagement and audience insights
Develop and maintain competitor tracking and reporting to inform brand positioning and
REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for someone with strong brand or content marketing experience gained
within the automotive sector, or alternatively within premium consumer goods or lifestyle
brands, who can act as a genuine guardian of product and brand.
Experience within an international or global company structure will be highly regarded,
given the need to work effectively with HQ and cross‐market stakeholders.
Other requirements include:
Solid Australian marketing experience, with a strong understanding of the local media and
Strong working knowledge of social platforms, including the nuances of how content, tone and audience behavior differ across each
A track record of owning content calendars and social channels at brand level
Experience briefing and managing creative or content agencies
Ability to build content processes and maintain brand quality in a lean team
A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field
