The Role

Coming into the business as a Bar Manager, you will have the opportunity to express both your creativity as well as your organisational, communication and people skills.

Along with delivering great cocktails with speed, style and charisma, you will also be responsible for managing the bar end to end.





Your focus will be on developing your people and building an incredible team with a strong culture, as well as taking them on the journey of training and development to upskill them around product knowledge, service standards and how to create a magical guest experience.

We are looking for experienced Managers that have:
Creativity and flair while having a passion for premium service
Experience managing large teams of bartenders and bar team leaders
Experience working in a high-volume setting, overseeing multiple bar operations
Exceptional product knowledge and ability to drive consistency and excellence
Influencing, coaching and presentation skills
Business and operational acumen
Knowledge and skills to develop staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships
