Fighting Chance is recruiting an Inclusive Employment Consultant to support a caseload of job seekers aged 25 and under through the Inclusive Employment Australia program in Canberra. You will work closely with clients, leveraging employer networks to identify sustainable placements and provide ongoing support.

You will coordinate group training, assist with resumes and job applications, and stay current with labour market trends to promote successful open employment outcomes.
