This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the launch of one of Sydney's newest premium dining destinations while gaining exposure across two exceptional restaurant concepts.
About the Role
We are seeking passionate and experiencedPastry Chef de Partiesto join our growing kitchen team at Ammos.
We also welcome applications from experienced Chef de Parties specialising in savoury sections.
Previous experience in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel or fine dining environment is essential.
While we are ideally seeking Full Time team members, we are also open to considering exceptional candidates seeking Part Time or Casual opportunities.
Working alongside a talented culinary team, you'll be responsible for producing consistently high-quality dishes while maintaining exceptional presentation, food safety and operational standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your skills within one of Sydney's most exciting premium dining precincts.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present exceptional pastry or savoury dishes in line with venue standards
Manage your section efficiently while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional service
Maintain high food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Assist with stock control,
ordering and minimising waste
Contribute ideas towards menu development and seasonal offerings where appropriate
Support junior kitchen team members and promote a positive team culture
About You
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie within a premium restaurant, luxury hotel or fine dining environment (essential)
Demonstrated experience in either premium pastry production or savoury sections (essential)
Passion for producing high-quality dishes with exceptional attention to detail
Strong understanding of premium ingredients, presentation and consistency
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven kitchen
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Full availability across a 7-day rotating roster is highly regarded
Full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available for this role)
