We are looking for passionate, driven Inclusive Employment Specialist who want to do meaningful work every day, supporting people living with mental health conditions into jobs that truly matter to them.

Due to the success & growth of our IEA service in the central coast region over the last six months, we have two new vacancies in our Gosford & Wyong offices.
You will be joining an existing IEA team of eight consultants plus three dedicated Managers & an Employer Partnerships Manager.
What You Will Do You will work closely with participants to turn goals into reality, supporting them from "where do I start?" to "I got the job!"
In This Role, You Will Use the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model, the gold standard in mental health employment supportGuide participants through their full employment journey, from planning to placement and beyondBuild genuine relationships with employers and create inclusive opportunitiesCollaborate with clinical and community supports to provide holistic, wrap-around careDeliver strong,
