About the Role
As an Operator, you'll maintain the safe and efficient production of liquid aluminium.
Responsibilities may include:
Working safely within a team environment
Operating forklifts, cranes and specialised equipment
Supporting production processes and schedules
Maintaining high housekeeping standards
Following standard operating procedures
Demonstrating our values ofTeamwork, Achieve and Care

Initial fixed-term full-time contracts with potential for extension and permanency
Rotating4-on, 4-off rosterof 12-hour shifts
Starting package of approximately $114,000 - $132,000 including shift allowances and leisure day options

About You
We're looking for people who can demonstrate:

Commitment to health, safety and environmental standards
Reliability and robust work ethic
Experience maintaining workplace standards and quality
Great communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills
The ability to perform manual tasks in a hot industrial environment
The following are advantageous, but not essential, as we will provide the training and support to help you succeed.
Forklift Licence
CB Crane Licence
Previous shift work experience
Experience in manufacturing, mining, processing, logistics or similar industries

Operator roles involve manual work, shift work and working in a hot industrial environment.
