This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, supporting their team, and getting the job done safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing
As a Team Leader / Forklift Operator, you'll play an important part in keeping the site running efficiently by:
Operating forklifts to move materials safely across site
Loading and unloading trucks
Receiving and storing incoming stock
Coordinating workflow and supporting team members
Working closely with production and site teams
Promoting a strong safety culture and leading by example
What we're looking for
Current LF Forklift Licence




Previous Team Leader, Leading Hand or Supervisory experience
Manufacturing, warehouse or production experience
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable, motivated and team-focused attitude
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening
Experience handling building materials or bulky products will be highly regarded.
