About the Role
This is a full-time Monday to Friday position where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and compliant processing of vehicle registrations while supporting our sales and administration teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing registrations for new, demonstrator and pre-owned vehicles
Completing Dealer Online and Service NSW (RMS) transactions
Preparing registration documentation, CTP paperwork and retail delivery documentation
Managing registration plates, trade plates and vehicle records
Processing vehicle transfers, de-registrations, disposals and plate swaps
Monitoring registration expiries and maintaining accurate compliance records
Assisting with RMS audits and internal compliance processes




Providing administration support across the dealership as required
Working closely with the Sales Managers, Business Managers and Administration team to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries
About You
To succeed in this role you'll bring:
Previous experience as a Vehicle Registration Clerk or Dealership Administrator
Knowledge of NSW vehicle registration procedures
Experience using Dealer Management Systems (Titan experience highly regarded)
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a busy environment
A positive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
A current NSW Driver Licence
