About the Role
As a Room Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced educators to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where our youngest children can learn, grow, and thrive.
You will play an important role in supporting children's daily routines, learning experiences, and overall wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities
Support educators in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–2 years.
Assist with daily routines including meals, sleep, nappy changing, and hygiene practices.
Build warm, responsive relationships with children and their families.




Help prepare engaging learning experiences that support children's development.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning workplace.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest standards of care and supervision are maintained.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for working with infants and toddlers.
Is caring, patient, and positive.
Works well within a team and communicates effectively.
Is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current Working With Children Check.
Holds or is working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).
Has current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or is willing to obtain them).
