What You'll Be Doing
Project Leadership: Coordinating and leading local teams on exciting projects, including new store set-ups, relays, and refits.
Precision Execution: Bringing planograms to life and building/installing eye-catching Point of Sale (POS) displays.




Team Development: Providing hands-on field support, training, and induction for new team members.
Operations & Audits: Conducting store audits, coordinating promotions, and stepping in for merchandiser cover calls as needed.
Safety & Tech: Keeping track of project success via accurate reporting on our company app, while always prioritizing OH&S; policies.
What We're Looking For
Planogram Expertise: Proven experience executing planograms is essential.
Industry Familiarity: Prior experience working within Bunnings is highly preferred, though not essential.
The Essentials: A current, valid driver's licence.
Physical Fitness: Comfort with the physical demands of retail merchandising, including moving stock and working up and down ladders.
Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude backed by strong problem-solving capabilities and a sharp attention to detail.
Flexibility: Availability for limited regional travel around NSW, including the ability to travel away from home for 1 to 3 nights occasionally (Monday to Friday only).
