Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are seeking an experienced and motivated counter salesperson to join the team in our Mundaring Branch – WA.
You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning and career minded.
Duties
Assisting with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone
Counter sales including customer development
Follow up and providing notification of outstanding orders
Maintaining a professional store presentation
Assisting with receipt and dispatch of products
Pick, pack and delivery of orders to customers




Stock management including purchasing / inventory management
Raising quotations and quotation follow-up
Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies
Contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills and Attributes
Electrical wholesale experience desirable
Competent PC skills
Professional personal presentation
Customer Service experience
Strong attention to detail
Willing to learn new skills
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening and agree to a National Criminal History Check.
