The Rutherford Hotel is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the front of house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in NSW. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and manage a dedicated staff, ensuring high service standards and solid community relationships.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the venue, maintaining a welcoming setting, and ensuring RSA/RCG/WHS compliance.
