A leading FMCG manufacturing company is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their team at a new facility. This is an excellent prospect to work autonomously, contribute to process improvements, and support a highly efficient production environment.

The Role

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will undertake a variety of tasks including general maintenance, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving across plant equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day effective operation of plant equipment




Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
Diagnose and resolve faults, ensuring minimal downtime
Identify and implement process improvements
Operate and service machinery safely
Provide technical support to the production team
Adhere to Quality, OHS, GMP, and HACCP standards

Experience & Qualifications
Trade-qualified A-Grade Electrician with at least 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
Strong experience with Siemens PLCs and drives
Skilled in using CMMS systems
Hands-on approach with a proactive, self-starting attitude
Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously
Forklift licence advantageous
