About the Role:
As a Security Officer at Tier One Industries, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons, clients, and the general public. Duties include:
Monitor and manage crowd behaviour
Enforce compliance of responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations
Responding to incidents promptly and professionally
Writing detailed and accurate incident reports
Delivering high levels of customer service
Role Requirements:
Valid Security Licence Class 1A
Valid Provide First Aid Certificate
Valid RSA Competency Card (for crowd control roles)
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Availability to work weekends, mainly afternoons/nights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Solid observational skills and attention to detail
Represent the security team with professionalism and courtesy when interacting with patrons.
