About the Role
We have opportunities available for experienced Store Managers and Grocery Managers to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front, inspire your team and oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy fresh food retail store.
You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining exceptional merchandising standards, managing inventory and ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
Oversee the daily operation of a busy fresh produce retail store.
Ensure exceptional presentation, quality and availability of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Manage grocery operations, merchandising, stock ordering and inventory control.
Drive sales while minimising waste and maximising profitability.
Deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example.
Recruit, train and develop team members.
Maintain food safety, workplace health and safety, and company standards.




Build a positive, accountable and results-driven team culture.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Store Manager, Grocery Manager or Fruit/Veg or in a similar retail leadership position.
Previous experience within a fruit and vegetable retailer, fresh produce business or fresh food retail environment is essential.
A strong understanding of fresh produce, including quality control, merchandising, stock rotation, ordering and waste management.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire teams.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
A hands-on approach and a strong work ethic.
Experience managing inventory, stock control and daily retail operations.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
A genuine passion for fresh food and delivering exceptional customer service.
