BB Disability and Health Services is seeking a Disability Care Support Worker for our Moss Vale SDA home, designed for participants with high physical support needs.
You will provide daily living support, personal care, mobility assistance and meal prep while promoting independence and community participation.
Commitment to person-centred care, adherence to Positive Behaviour Support plans, and versatile day/afternoon/night shifts with sleepovers are required.
