Being a strategic Business Partner
Partner with business leaders on day-to-day people decisions and challenges
Support performance management and build accountability across teams
Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes
Design and execute attrition reduction initiatives and employee feedback actions
Partner with business leaders on day-to-day people decisions and challenges
Partner with TA to define role requirements, secure hiring and compensation approvals, and manage end-to-end selection, offer, and employment contract processes.
Support performance management and build accountability across teams
Manage compensation and benefits, including annual reviews and off-cycle changes
Oversee employee lifecycle operations (onboarding, payroll inputs, records,



exits)
Handle employee relations matters end-to-end (disciplinary cases, grievances, etc.)
Partner with relevant stakeholders on relations with WOCs, union/staff rep matters where applicable
Drive diversity & inclusion and engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies
Localise and implement global HR policies and frameworks
Ensure consistent, compliant HR practices across Australia
Job Requirements:
5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience, ideally in professional services or similar environments
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on execution
Strong experience in employee relations and HR operations
Comfortable working in a fast paced, matrix, multicultural environment
Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Robust stakeholder management with a pragmatic, solutions focused mindset
Able to work independently with high ownership and accountability
