An exciting opportunity has become available for an experiencedProject Managerto join a growing civil construction company delivering a range of infrastructure and local government projects throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.
Based inGregory Hills, you will oversee multiple civil construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone with robust experience managing council and subdivision works who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and driving successful project outcomes.

Based inGregory Hills, you will oversee multiple civil construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience managing council and subdivision works who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple civil construction and council infrastructure projects simultaneously.
Plan, coordinate and oversee project delivery from commencement through to completion.
Prepare and manage project programs, budgets, forecasts and reporting.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant and labour resources.
Liaise with local councils, consultants, utility authorities and clients.
Monitor project performance,
costs and productivity.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, environmental requirements and company procedures.
Conduct site inspections and attend project meetings.
Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
Manage project documentation including RFIs, variations, progress claims and contractual correspondence.
Mentor Site Supervisors, Foremen and project teams.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum 5 years' experience managing civil construction projects.
Demonstrated experience delivering council infrastructure projects, roadworks, drainage, kerb & gutter, footpaths, utilities and subdivision works.
Strong understanding of Australian Standards and TfNSW and Local Government specifications.
Excellent commercial and financial management skills.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and project schedules.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Current Class C Driver's Licence.
White Card (Construction Induction).
Desirable
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience with local government contracts.
Knowledge of civil estimating and tendering.
Experience using Microsoft Project, Procore, Aconex or similar project management platforms.
