We’re looking for a Dispatch Administrator to join a well‑established Australian manufacturer in the horticultural and agricultural industry.

This role focuses on coordinating deliveries and supporting communication between the warehouse, drivers, and customers to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:




Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules
Communicate with drivers, transport companies, and customers
Prepare shipping paperwork and maintain accurate records
Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch
Handle general enquiries via phone and email

What we’re looking for:
Previous administration experience (doesn’t have to be in dispatch)
Good communication and organisational skills
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Experience with systems like Dynamics, MacShip, or similar is a bonus, but not essential
