About the role
As a Teaching Fellow (Health Science),you'lljoin the School of Health Science and Clinical Practice, whereyou'lldeliver engaging learning experiences across theDiploma andBachelor of Health Science programs delivering engaging learning experiences in subjects such asUnderstanding Health, Disease Prevention, HumanStructure& Physiology1 & 2.
You'll combine outstanding teaching practice with digital capability, learning design and innovation to create learning experiences that are flexible, engaging andcentredaround student success.

Put students first: You create inclusive, engaging learning experiences and genuinely care about helping every student succeed.
Embrace innovation: You'recurious aboutnew technologies, confident experimenting with AI and digital tools, and willing to rethink traditional approaches to teaching.
Use evidence to improve: You seek feedback, use learninganalyticsand continuously refine your teaching based on what works.
Collaborate: You enjoy working with colleagues across disciplines to improve learning, share ideas, and solve challenges together.
Thrive in change: You'readaptable, resilient, and excited by working in a dynamic, digitally evolving higher education environment.
Two full-time permanent positions: one based at our Flinders Street Campus in Melbourne and one at our Surry Hills Campus in Sydney.
Hybridwork arrangement:3 days on campus and 2 days online (negotiable)
What you'll bring
Demonstrated experience in the healthcare sector, with the ability to apply industry knowledge to teaching and student learning.
Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environments
Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching
Confidence using, or enthusiasm for adopting, AI-enabled approaches in education
Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities
A student-centredapproach to teaching and learning
Solid communicationand collaboration skills
A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning
Relevant postgraduate qualifications (or working towards completion)
