We are seeking an experienced Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join a well-established and highly regarded Brisbane-based firm.

This is an excellent chance to work closely with business clients, founders and skilled advisers on high-quality corporate and commercial matters, while enjoying autonomy, strong client relationships and a transparent pathway for professional growth.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
Trust structures
Corporate structuring and restructures
Share sales and acquisitions
Shareholder and unitholder agreements
Employee share and incentive schemes
Business structuring and succession planning
Commercial agreements and general advisory work
Tax-effective structuring (in conjunction with accountants and professional advisers)

You will work directly with business owners and decision-makers, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice aligned to their strategic objectives.

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:
Admission as a Lawyer in Australia
Experience in corporate/commercial law
Solid technical ability with excellent attention to detail
Experience managing files and client relationships with minimal supervision
A commercially minded, solutions-focused approach
Confidence working directly with business owners and advisers
Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills

What’s On Offer
$100,000 – $200,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)
