We are recruiting an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant at RAAF Base (Richmond)
Interest from Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Registered Nurses, Osteopaths, Psychologists, Social Workers & Rehabilitation Counsellors is welcome.
The Job:
On-base role, working closely with RAAF members who have sustained an injury
Proactively manage your caseload - engage clients & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate a safe & timely return to full duties
Perform discipline-specific assessments, attend case conferences
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the ADF including its structure, procedures & terminology to facilitate optimum outcomes for clients
Make a valuable contribution in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment
Consistent & structured role with limited travel
Mon-Fri 7.30am-3.30pm
Opportunity for a hybrid role available - combination of on-base & off-base work offering more flexibility in your schedule

The Perfect Candidate:

1+ year Workplace Rehabilitation experience essential
Interest in developing your skills in a specialist ADF Consultant role
