An exciting chance has become available for an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Officerto join a well-established and growing healthcare organisation based in Carina.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage billing, collections and account enquiries while maintaining positive relationships with patients, clients and stakeholders.

About the Role

Working 20 hours per week across 5 days (4 hours per day), this role offers consistent afternoon hours, making it ideal for someone seeking flexibility while remaining connected to a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing the end-to-end billing and collections process
Following up outstanding accounts and payment enquiries
Negotiating payment plans and setting up direct debits
Processing invoices and reconciliations
Responding to billing queries in a qualified and timely manner
Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve account issues
Ensuring compliance with healthcare billing requirements and company procedures

About You





To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Proven experience in billing and collections, ideally within a healthcare environment
Strong understanding of financial processes, accounts receivable practices and compliance requirements
Demonstrated experience using financial software and case management systems to effectively manage billing cycles and collections
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders, resolving enquiries promptly and professionally
A proactive and customer-focused approach
Healthcare Industry experience will be highly regarded
