About the Role:
We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and customer-focused
Retail Sales Assistants
to join our new flagship store in The Galeries, Sydney. As a face of Paire, you'll play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming experience for every customer, while supporting day-to-day store operations and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and create genuine connections with every shopper.
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.
Assist with in-store sales, product restocking, and merchandising.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency.
Support inventory management and stock handling.
Stay informed on product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
Work collaboratively with the team and follow direction from Supervisors and the Store Manager.
Be available to work weekends and public holidays.




What We're Looking For:
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
A friendly, approachable attitude and love for helping people.
Strong communication skills and team spirit.
Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
Strong commitment to the brand.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holiday periods.
Passion for creating memorable in-store experiences and contributing to a positive team culture.
