Globalcote, a well-established manufacturing company located in Capalaba, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to become part of our production team.
This is a full-time chance for someone who thrives in a hands-on setting and values teamwork, safety, and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Picking, packing, and fulfilling customer orders
Maintaining a clean, organised, and secure warehouse
Performing manual tasks, including lifting buckets up to 30kg
Working collaboratively with the team and maintaining high attention to detail
Participating in training – no prior experience required
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Valid forklift licence and/or MR licence
Quick learner with the ability to understand technical specifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing advantageous
