Due to the continued growth at Ballina Toyota and robust customer demand a position has become available for an Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic.

Responsibilities
Providing expert advice in relation to current mechanical condition of vehicles
Taking all necessary steps to diagnose to ensure the correct operation of vehicles.
Diagnose and Repair the mechanical parts of the motor vehicle such as the engine, transmission and the suspension systems
Providing guidance and training to apprentice service technicians
Maintaining a protected working setting through ensuring the correct operation of all tools and specialised equipment.
Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies, organisational values.
Contribute to building a positive team spirit.

Requirements
Must hold a current driver's licence with the ability to drive manual and automatic.
Excellent problem solving skills with quality workmanship and an eye for detail
Previous dealership experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
Road worthy and air conditioning tickets are desirable
