We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our caring and agile team and provide high quality in-home support services to our valued customers in the Blue Mountains.

Duties and responsibilities include
Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments
Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
Providing updates on customer progress following each service
About you
Caring, compassionate and friendly
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Reliable and dependable
Ability to build rapport and strong working relationships
Comfortable using technology/mobile app for rosters and notes
What you will need
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
Proof of vaccination (where relevant), e.g. COVID-19 certificate
Current First Aid certificate/CPR
Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
Smartphone with internet access
Working with Children Check (preferred)
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (or equivalent)
