Our client is a well-established, independently owned small animal practice committed to delivering high-quality veterinary care and building long-term relationships with its loyal client base.
The experienced veterinary and nursing team works closely together to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment where mentoring, learning and professional development are encouraged.
The practice is equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical facilities, enabling veterinarians to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care while continuing to develop their clinical skills.
The Role
This position offers a varied and rewarding companion animal caseload, with responsibilities including:
Companion animal consultations
General medicine
Soft tissue surgery
Preventative healthcare
Diagnostic investigations and case management
Working collaboratively with an experienced veterinary and nursing team
The practice is committed to allowing veterinarians the time they need to provide exceptional care, with:
Twenty-minute consultation appointments
Dedicated time for case work‐up and patient follow‐up
Nurse-assisted consultations and procedures
About You
The successful candidate will ideally possess:
Eligibility for veterinary registration in Australia




Experience in companion animal practice (approximately four years preferred)
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and animal welfare
A collaborative, team‐focused approach
A positive attitude and desire to continue developing professionally
