In this role, you'll be responsible for managing corporate compliance, ASIC administration, client onboarding and regulatory processes, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while maintaining the highest compliance standards.

About the Role As our ASIC & Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in supporting both our clients and Business Services team by coordinating a broad range of compliance and administrative functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and lodging ASIC forms and supporting documentation.
Coordinating company incorporations, and entity establishments.
Managing ASIC annual reviews, company changes and statutory registers.
Preparing company resolutions, share transfers and allotments.
Monitoring compliance deadlines and following up outstanding information.
Assisting with ATO administration and regulatory documentation.
Coordinating new client onboarding, engagement letters and entity setup.
Completing AML and client identification requirements.
Maintaining accurate client and compliance records.
Responding to client enquiries and providing exceptional administrative support.
Assisting with technology improvements and data integrity projects.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an ASIC, compliance, client services or administration role within an accounting, professional services or legal firm.
Strong knowledge of ASIC corporate compliance, including company registrations, annual reviews and company changes.
Experience with ATO administration and client onboarding processes.
Experience using systems such asCAS 360, Xero Practice Manager, FYIor similar.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning current technology.
