We are offering three exciting opportunities for Casual Spa Therapists at the Cape Pillar Lodge Spa.
What You're Walking Into A casual position based in Hobart, Tasmania.A pay rate of $35–$53.A live-in role at Cape Pillar Lodge near the southeast coast of Tasmania.Breathtaking views of Munro Bight and Tasman National Park.The opportunity to provide massage and spa services exclusively to guests completing the Three Capes Walk.A rotating roster of six days on and nine to eleven days off.Accommodation and meals provided for the duration of each shift.A true off-grid lifestyle with a robust connection to nature.A paid three-hour hike into and out of the lodge from Fortescue Bay at the beginning and end of each shift.A role running through June ****.
This is a hybrid Spa Therapist and Lodge Assistant position.
Alongside providing spa-related services, you will support the eco-lodge with general operational needs and some cleaning tasks.
Who We're Looking For Someone who is passionate about creating a nurturing, holistic experience for every guest.




You will be self-motivated, reliable, autonomous and resilient, with the confidence to work independently in a remote location.
You will also have excellent communication, rapport-building and organisational skills.
You'll Need One or more years' experience in a similar role or industry is preferred.Experience using online booking systems and schedules, with Fresha System preferred.The ability to travel to and work in a remote location.The ability to hike for up to three hours while carrying a pack weighing up to 10 kg.A passion for the outdoors, wellbeing and wilderness experiences.A Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty or Massage, or equivalent.Current Provide First Aid, HLTAID011.Current Provide CPR, HLTAID009, completed within the past year.
