The Role:

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will drive sales performance and operational excellence. The role is to manage a small team of skilled sales, admin and despatch staff in our Lidcombe showroom.

Duties:
Achieve optimum sales for the branch
Increase growth and profitability
Problem solving daily branch situations
Mentor,



train and manage staff performance
Point of sale, stock and display control
Management of reports and accounts
Inventory management and updates
Hands on selling at all levels
Responsible for ensuring secure work practices are followed at all times
Working cross functionally to implement corporate strategies and processes
Communication with all stakeholders

Furniture industry knowledge would be a outstanding advantage
Customer experience in a B2B sale setting
Experience and track record in achievement of sales and GP budgets
Proven record of achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
