Located in the vibrant heart of Darlinghurst, we are positioned just minutes from Kings Cross station, with direct, high-frequency bus connections from the east, and seamless links from Gadigal and Museum stations right to our doorstep.
We are looking for someone to join us on a 6-month contract (with a possible extension) as a Receptionist in our USpace Facility.
This is a fast-paced position where you will provide administrative support and assistance to clinical teams, patients and their families.
To be successful in the role, you will be required to apply your sense of initiative, problem solving ability and professionalism.
About the role
Deliver exceptional front-of-house serviceby warmly welcomingpatients and ensuringa professional, positiveexperience at everyinteraction.




Coordinate appointments,respond to patientenquiries, and manageincoming phone callsand email communicationsefficiently.
Maintain accurate patientrecords while upholdingstrict confidentialityand ensuring compliancewith privacy standards.
Process billing, payments, and health fundclaims accurately, whilemanaging referrals, correspondence, and medical documentation.
Provide comprehensive administrativesupport to clinicians, contributingto the smoothand efficient day-to-day operationof the practice.
About you
Previous experience ina medical receptionor healthcare administrationrole, with theability tothrive in a fast-paced clinicalenvironment.
Experience with Genie or other medical practice system is desirable.
Exceptional customer serviceand communication skills, with a compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach.
Highly organised withexcellentattention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and effective timemanagement skills.
Proficient in MicrosoftOffice and medicalpractice management systemssuch as Genie, Best Practice, Meditech,or Cerner.
Committed to maintainingpatient confidentialityand privacy, with a strong understandingof healthcare complianceand professional standards.
