This role manages complex workers' compensation and injury management cases, and develops tailored return-to-work strategies for high-risk claims.
You will advise and coach leaders, collaborate with practitioners, insurers and HR/WHS teams to drive sustainable return-to-work outcomes, while ensuring compliance with legislation and internal processes.
